General Instructions: Punctuality, Bonafide C
Dear Parent, Greetings from PARGS Kindly note the following: 1. Punctuality: I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to all those parents who ensure their children reach school on time regularly. However, it is also being observed that some of the students are reporting late, (i.e. 7.30 am and beyond), to school regularly, which is unacceptable. May I bring to your attention that the assembly/class begins at 7.30 am, which means students must reach the school by 7.20 am to participate in the prayer/class in time. Those parents who are using vans/autorikshaws, strictly instruct the drivers accordingly. Please ensure this to avoid unnecessary inconvenience/displeasure to our children. 2. Bonafide Certificates: Please allow us 1 - 2 days to process your requests for bonafide certificates of your wards; on the spot requests will not be entertained, as the school office has its routine and other jobs to attend to. 3. Unwell students: Kindly do not send children who are sick and unwell to school to avoid inconvenience to you and the children. Do not send them to school, if you have a function at home or any other commitment during the school hours. 4. Handing over items to Classrooms: As a training in discipline, please send students well prepared to school. Requests for sending Notebooks, Textbooks, projects … to classrooms will not be accepted. Also, considering safety concerns, the office will not take to handing over lunch boxes, water bottles and other eatables to children during school hours. 5. Lighter School Bags: Teachers have instructed students with respect to making the school bags lighter. Kindly follow the same with regular inspection of children’s bags for unwanted books and items. 6. Visiting Hours: If you wish to meet the Principal or teachers, please follow the timings mentioned in the school diary. In order to take the school education to a higher levels for our children, your continuous cooperation and support in their learning and education are essential and mandatory. Kindly read the rules of the printed in the School Diary for further clarity. Thanking you, Best Wishes,

Keeping Children’s Safety
Dear Parent, Keeping Children’s safety and your convenience in mind, we have sought Madam Rani Sahiba’s permission to use Dhairya Palace main gate for dispersals of students, which she has graciously granted. However, during monsoon/rainy days, whenever the campus is waterlogged - as any other part of the city does - you are required to park your vehicles on the roads near the gates and walk your children to the vehicles. This will ensure safety of all our children and others involved. Your cooperation, therefore, is highly expected and appreciated. Moreover, please note, the responsibility lies with the parent in case of any mishap/accident during transportation/movement in the slippery areas of the campus, and the school cannot be held responsible. Also, please note the following: 1. Reach your children to school in time i.e. at or before 07.20 am. Instruct drivers accordingly, if you ward is using a Van/Rickshaw. Punctuality is a great virtue! 2. Send healthy snacks/lunch, including some fruits with your ward; avoid JUNK FOOD. 3. Break timings: a. Short break: 09.45 am to 09.55b.
