128. Dear Parent, Greetings from PARGS Kindly note the following: 1. Punctuality: I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to all those parents who ensure their children reach school on time regularly. However, it is also being observed that some of the students are reporting late, (i.e. 7.30 am and beyond), to school regularly, which is unacceptable. May I bring to your attention that the assembly/class begins at 7.30 am, which means students must reach the school by 7.20 am to participate in the prayer/class in time. Those parents who are using vans/autorikshaws, strictly instruct the drivers accordingly. Please ensure this to avoid unnecessary inconvenience/displeasure to our children. 2. Bonafide Certificates: Please allow us 1 - 2 days to process your requests for bonafide certificates of your wards; on the spot requests will not be entertained, as the school office has its routine and other jobs to attend to. 3. Unwell students: Kindly do not send children who are sick and unwell to school to avoid inconvenience to you and the children. Do not send them to school, if you have a function at home or any other commitment during the school hours. 4. Handing over items to Classrooms: As a training in discipline, please send students well prepared to school. Requests for sending Notebooks, Textbooks, projects … to classrooms will not be accepted. Also, considering safety concerns, the office will not take to handing over lunch boxes, water bottles and other eatables to children during school hours. 5. Lighter School Bags: Teachers have instructed students with respect to making the school bags lighter. Kindly follow the same with regular inspection of children’s bags for unwanted books and items. 6.
