Education becomes futile, If it doesn’t bring about a congenial understanding and cooperation between the society, the locale of the institution, and also the youngsters educated in school. In consonance with this, Prince Ashokraje Gaekwad School takes to involving the students vigorously in SEWA.
On the occasion of festivals and days of National importance, people who form the service Brigade such as Policemen, Sanitary workers etc are invited to the school for the students to interact and also give them gifts and condiments. The school also organizes Book exhibition, Art exhibition, to facilitate the students to have rewarding interaction with the society around. The students of the school are involved in doing their mite in feeding the poor, the needy, the specially abled and so on. This gets the students to identify themselves with the less fortunate in the society around. The students of the school take to folk art which opens a casement for them to have the chance to imitate as well as interact with the folk around. The students of the school take active part in the cultural programmes organized by the state governments in the tribal belt of the state.
